I did the 6 week Awaken and Breakthrough Reiki program with Nathalie Biermanns. This came after a free session I had with her. I felt so great after that first session that I had to know more. At first I was skeptical on how this would work through zoom. But she guides you really well. Every week there is a focus on different themes like inner child, self-awareness and shadows. It let's you focus on the specific things needed. The inner child was really powerful for me. Feeling like I was a child climbing trees and playing with my cousins like before. Being free. Shadow session let's you focus on the darker side of you but in a playful way that it doesn't feel to scary to deal with.

The program is done in a group setting with the same people every week . It also helps to bond and talk after each experience. Nathalie also made it feel like a safe space to talk. Her energy is really open and warm. You can also text or call her privately when you need to share or ask some advice. I made great connections with the other people in the group and it was funny to see that during meditation you see and feel the same thing with some others in the class. From colors to plants and guides.

When I first started it was hard to meditate. It just wasn't something I myself did a lot. And after her guidance each week you become better and learn to bounce away the distractions.

Last year I was in a bad mental space. And week after week I started to reap the benefits of this. Learning to be happy. Listening to my guides. Accept. Be grateful and also to easily let go of some energies that weren't meant for me. Energies can be shifted. And it is hard to explain without experiencing it. I already started getting some of the gifts I asked from the universe. It really works and let's you know when you're on the right path

If you're at least thinking about it. You are one the right path. I'm excited for the next phase where I can help myself better, but also share this new knowledge with my friends and family.
